Dashboard for Canteen Management

In the dashboard section you can view all the bills, Orders, food items bed assigns details.

User 

In this feature, You can Add, Edit/Delete a  user and assign to any role like Admin, Accountant, Member and staff etc and also you can change the status of the particular  user active/inactive and you can add photo, Name, Email , Date of birth etc of the particular User.

Member

 In this feature, You can Add, Edit/Delete a member and also you can change the status of the particular member active/inactive.  In the member section you can add photo, Name, Email , Date of birth etc of the particular member. This features give lot of strength to Canteen Management System

Bed Manager 

• • Category – You can add the category of rooms like Deluxe room, Standard Room, Super Deluxe Room etc and you can also edit/delete any category.
  • Room –  You can add a Room and assign the room number category , charges of that particular room
  • Bed – You can add a bed to any room and also shows his availability available or not.
  • Bed Assign – You can assign a bed to any member with name, category and room number with or without bill.

Food Meal

This feature of canteen management is related to food management. Check the below mentioned points.

• Food Category – In this feature, You can add, edit , delete a food category like vegetables, fast food , eggs, Diary Products etc.
• Food Sub Category – In this feature, You can add, edit , delete a food sub category like Mashroom, Pizza, Carrots , Camel etc under the food category.

• Food Item – you can add a foot item with price and image and assign a category and sub category to this item.

• POS(Point of sale) –You can select food item from menu and pay for the items.

• Orders – In this feature you can check all the orders with details and you can check order payment status like Not Paid, Fully paid , Partially paid and also you can take the print of the order statement.

Bill

• Bill – In this feature, you can Add, Edit or Delete a bill with select the member and month.

• Bill Payment – In this feature, You can add bill payment with select the m particular

Notice – You can add a notice with date and title for users

Account Ledger Report – You can generate account ledger report.  A ledger account contains a record of business transactions like total orders , total order collection , total bill , total bill collection and total balance.

Visitor – You can add visitor information like Name, Email, Phone, Company, To meet with user etc.

Administration – In this section, you can mange the Branch, Branch category, Roles, Permission and updates.
