MyDaddyOnline strives to provide open and equitable service. This policy explains our guidelines regarding refunds for digital services including web development, mobile apps, and software solutions.
General Refund Terms
Because our work is generally customized, we cannot guarantee a refund once a project has started. All payments are final unless stated otherwise. We review requests on a case-by-case basis to honor valid concerns.
Refund Eligibility
- Work has not begun after the agreed upon time frame.
- Internal reasons prevent us from starting the project.
- Duplicate payments made to MyDaddyOnline.
- Mutual agreement to cancel before any work has been done.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Project has been started or assigned to a team.
- Project is partially or completely delivered.
- Lack of client feedback or communication causing delays.
- Change of mind after the project has started.
- Custom development services once work is underway.
Partial Refunds & Advance Payments
Clients must pay in advance. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable as they cover planning and resource allocation. However, if a project is cancelled while still in progress or reduced in scope, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed, resources used, and time spent.
Third Party Costs
Any payments for third party services are non-refundable. This includes domain registration, hosting, paid plug-ins/software, and advertising/marketing costs. These services are governed by their own specific terms.
Refund Timeline & Process
Request
Email contact@mydaddyonline.com with project name and details.
Decision
Notification of approval or denial sent within 3 to 5 business days.
Issuance
Approved refunds are processed to original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
